Slotted Casing Pipe Introduction                

Slotted casing pipe is made from casing pipe with API Spec 5CT standard, the regular slot width is from 0.15mm to 4mm, mainly used for open hole well completion and open hole gravel pack completion. It has features of easy RIH operation, low cost and longer service period.

Slotted casing pipe has smaller outside diameter than other screen pipe, and it is more suitable for high DLS well, side track well completion. For sidetrack wells, we have flush joint slotted casing, the outside diameter is the same as the pipe body, much easier for run in hole operations.
